  • We will not have a formal class this week. You need to come to class to hand in your paper unless you sent it by Email. We can also use this class time for individual conferences.

  • Homework (OPTIONAL): This chapter has two groups of articles based on two themes, Physician-Assisted Suicide and The Minimum Legal Drinking Age.. We will discuss both sets of articles, but you may choose to read one set or both sets. In other words, you will be writing your final essay (if you choose the chapter 7 writing assignment) on only one set of articles; therefore, you can choose to read the set of articles that is most interesting to you. But, again, you are free to read them all. We will discuss both sets in class. This homework is optional. If you choose to write your final paper in response to the Chapter 6 assignment, you do not need to complete this homework.
