You are required to write one true narrative (story) that is based on your own experience. We will be using as examples of personal narratives those stories submitted to the National Story Project. This will be a formal narrative requiring multiple revisions. You learn more about the National Story Project and read example stories at the following link:

In addition to writing your story, you will also be asked to tell your story to the class if time permits.
